Our Team
Norm Schwenker - AHC | President
Founder and AHC with over 40 years in the industry he’s an eternal optimist that’s well versed in dad jokes. He’s dedicated to his work and his family.
Andrew (aka. Cubby) - Project Manager
Cubby is a construction manager specializing in our commercial department, he also knows all the best trails around the peninsula. Most weekends you’ll catch him hiking with his daughter.
Rudy - Project Manager
Construction management is Rudy’s area of expertise with years of experience, he’s (almost) as meticulous about his work as he is caring for his motorcycle. He’ll use any excuse to take it for a ride to a customer.
Carol - Accounting
Carol is our accountant and is a whiz with numbers, she is also an avid traveler and always has her next trip on the books.
Bryson - Warehouse Supervisor
Managing our warehouse and its systems is his day job but when he’s not at work he’s chasing his dog Birdie around the farm or walking along the canal with his baby boy.
Austin - AAADM Inspector Technician
An expert and highly trained AAADM inspector Austin is also a well-trained fisherman that loves to cook for his family.
Wendy - Scheduler
When Wendy is not keeping everyone on time and organized she is busy being the most well known woman in Port Colborne, where she knows 99% of the people on a first name basis.
Cory - Door technician
Corey is our in house service and installation technician and an avid outdoorsman / creative redneck.
Caleb - Locksmith
Caleb, our in-house locksmith has not met a lock that keeps him out, but when he’s not cracking locks he’s spending time getting acquainted with Niagara area.
Gianmarco (aka. G) - Apprentice
G is our apprentice, learning and honing his skills at CMF. He is also a connoisseur of Italian food and viral videos.
